Department Rules
 
1.
Open to all ages. Specify age category on entry form. Open to residents of the state of VA.
2.
No auxiliary foliage is permitted in the single specimen categories.
 
3.
Entries must have been grown the current year by the exhibitor and must have been in the exhibitor's possession at least 30 days if not longer.
4.
Only one entry per exhibitor per class.
 
5.
Specimens should be in transparent soft drink containers appropriate for size of specimen. Place cotton around stem at top of bottle. Include name of specimen on bottle.
