Open to all ages. Specify age category on entry form. Open to residents of the state of VA. |

Only one entry per exhibitor per class. |

Articles must be the work of the person in whose name they are entered and must have been made or completed since the last Fair. |

Well-known characters such as Batman, Snoopy, Scooby Doo, etc., may not be used due to copyright restrictions. |

Entries judged on design, appearance, color, workmanship, and suitability of materials. |
