Open to all ages. Specify age category on entry form. Open to residents of the state of VA. |

Only one entry per exhibitor per class. |
3. |
Articles must be the work of the person in whose mane they are entered. A group project may be entered in the name of the group and not an individual. |

Entries are judged on materials, workmanship, design, colors, and appearance. |
5. |
Articles must have been made or completed since the last Fair. |
