Open to all ages. Specify age category on entry form. Open to residents of the state of VA. |

Entries are judged on general appearance, suitability of material, and workmanship. |

Articles exhibited must be the work of the person in whose name they are entered and must have been made or completed since last Fair. |

Only one entry per exhibitor per class. |
5. |
All garments must be clean and on a clear plastic hanger. |
