Open to all ages. Specify age category on entry form. Open to residents of the state of VA. |
2. |
No food coloring is allowed. |
3. |
To be eligible for judging, entries must be in regulation canning jars with a two-piece vacuum seal lid. |
4. |
Product must have been canned or preserved since the last fair by the entrant. |
5. |
Judges will open pickles, jams, and jellies as needed for judging. No paraffin wax may be used. |
6. |
Only one entry per exhibitor per class. |
7. |
Entries will be judged on flavor, appearance, texture, and container |
